The OniCS patient questionnaire (iNOTZpq) is embedded into iNOTZro and iNOTZmo but can also be used as a standalone version of in various settings like primary care, social care and general triage. iNOTZpq enables a medical practice to become paperless, with built it consent forms and onscreen signing.
