Your privacy is important to OnICS Software LTD and in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we have developed a Privacy Notice that covers why we collect and use your information.

This privacy notice ensures that your personal data will be processed fairly and lawfully and in a transparent manner.

1 Why we collect and process the data collected
OnICS will be the Data Controller for any personal data you provide in relation to OnICS for marketing, sales and implementation purposes. The purpose of collecting this data is for you to be able to access features, information and services not available on the public website.
 

2 Who will have access to your data:
The collected information will be accessible by the system technical administrators who support the I.T. system. System technical administrators will not use your details in any way.
 

3 How long are your details kept
Your details will be retained on the OnICS database until you require them to be removed and decide you no longer need to access to product features and information. The system will archive customer accounts after 16 months following email reminders sent after a period of inactivity.

• 9 months = inactive reminder first email

• 15 months = inactive reminder second email

• 16 months = account archived.

• The account will be deleted after 2 years.

 

4 Your rights
Under the data protection legislation, you have the right:

• to request personal data which OnICS LTD holds on you

• require us to rectify inaccuracies in that data;

• to (in certain circumstances) object to or restrict processing;

• for (in certain circumstances) your data to be 'erased';

• to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) who is our independent regulator for data protection.

5 Changes to this policy

OnICS may make changes to this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be posted here and are effective immediately. When changes occur to this policy we will contact you on the email address we have recorded in your account to enable you to review the new version.
